Rescuers not able to save missing man’s life on Friday, January 28th, 2011

Frederic Seamans of Olean was reporting missing on Wednesday by his wife. According to police, Pennsylvania State Police found Seaman’s pickup truck in Venango County, about 100 miles southwest of Olean.
