Drowning victim identified by police on Monday, June 6th, 2011

According to the Buffalo Police Department, the victim was 9-year-old Joel Rama. Police said between 6:30 and 7 p.m. Sunday, police were notified that Rama, who was swimming with some friends at Squaw Island Park, had not surfaced.
