Officials say protesters will march from the steps of City Hall to The Buffalo News’ headquarters on Washington Street at 5 p.m.

Buffalo police are investigating a double shooting on Genesee Street near the Cheektowaga border. Police say two victims were shot by a gunman driving what appeared to be a Dodge Neon.
