‘Abbagail’s Law’ Helps Keep Memories of 8-Year-Old Alive on Tuesday, July 27th, 2010

It has been nearly a year since 8-year-old Abbagail Buzard was killed in a car crash. Abbagail’s father, Corey Buzard, 33, told police he was too drunk to drive that night and had his unlicensed 17-year-old cousin Courtney take the wheel. As a result, legislation called "Abbagail’s Law" has since been introduced.
