Five alleged drug kingpins suspected of trafficking cocaine from Puerto Rico and New Jersey to Buffalo face up to life in prison following their indictment this week on charges of operating continuing criminal enterprises, U. S. Attorney William J. Hochul Jr. reported Thursday.
