Cry for help leads to charges for two Colombians on Monday, May 31st, 2010

A frantic cry for help from a middle-aged man stranded on an embankment above the Niagara River on Sunday night led authorities to apprehend two of three Colombian nationals who had crossed the river in an apparent attempt to enter Canada, authorities said.
