FEMA Wants $4 Million Back from Buffalo on Friday, March 26th, 2010

So the Federal Emergency Management Agency wants $4 million back from the city because they “didn’t comply with procurement standards when contracting for debris removal and other services” related to the 2006 October snowstorm.
