When it comes to the thermometer today, it's all downhill. A cold front is moving in, the National Weather Service informs us, and the mercury is expected to fall from the mid-30s early in the day to around 20 before midnight. The chance of rain this morning becomes a chance of snow as evening arrives. Most areas should see an inch of snow tonight, although the traditional Snow Belt areas could get as much as 3 inches.
