Health bill buoyed in House by report it will cut deficit on Friday, March 19th, 2010

WASHINGTON -- The House on Thursday moved toward a Sunday vote on a historic remaking of the U.S. health care system, buoyed by an independent analysis that said the $940 billion, 10-year measure will cut the federal deficit.
