Hometown News: Fatal Crash in Concord on Wednesday, November 11th, 2009

A spectacular crash in the Town of Concord yesterday evening has left one man dead. The accident happened at about 6pm on Springville-Boston Road, near Genesee Road, when a tractor trailer collided with a pickup truck. 33-year-old Joseph Nebrich of Cattaraugus, the driver of the pickup, was killed. The tractor-trailer driver, 22-year-old Daniel Taft of Jasper NY, was ticketed for missing a stop sign. He suffered only minor injuries. Power lines were downed by the wreck, and the intersection was closed until this morning.
