More WNYmedia Lies: Refudiate the Darenda Claims on Monday, July 19th, 2010

The liberal media smear machine WNYmedia.net once again takes pot shots at the Mayor with their proclamations that the Mayor did not conduct a nationwide search for a new police commissioner for Buffalo.
Both the “Buffalo Geek”’s article and the so-called “Buffalo Watchdog” have leveled charges that Karla Thomas (Commissioner of Human Resources for the City of Buffalo) didn’t do anything to find high quality candidates but post the job opening to websites like publictechjobs.com, some of these postings only after Hizzoner announced his choice of Daniel Derenda. WNYmedia pundits have inferred political cronyism was at play, and have ridiculed the entire exhaustive selection process; a process that is so detailed and complicated, that only a 12th-level intellect like Byron Brown could only hope to understand it. And yellow journalists mock what they don’t understand. But, as revealed below, more evidence of a nation-wide search has been seen.

Taken from a camera phone at a Santa Rosa, California Albertsons Grocery Store we can clearly see the community bulletin board has a “help wanted” sign from Karla:

See, this shows this photo was taken in California!

Chief O'Hara's post not available

I call on WNYmedia’s staff to refudiate these claims of a half-hearted, shoddy and fradulent nation-wide search. Pictures don’t lie; they can’t.
