Quick Start to “The Lofts of Warwick” Conversion Project on Friday, July 30th, 2010

Work is underway to repurpose a vacant north Buffalo church for residential and commercial use.  Creative Structures Services Inc's 700 Parkside LLC is transforming the North Park Presbyterian Church into 12 apartments and 5,500 sq.ft. of office space.  The property at the corner of Parkside and Lyndhurst was purchased Wednesday for $210,000 from the Presbytery of Western New York.

"Though we just closed on the property, we actually started work two weeks ago," said Creative Structures Services' David Pawlik. "We're excited about it."

warwick1.PNGPawlik said the "cutting edge" apartments will be a mix of one and two bedroom units and will be ready for occupancy at the end of October or early-November.  The project, The Lofts of Warwick, is named after the famous English castle

Creative Structures Services is the developer and general contractor.  The company has retained E.F. Burke Realty to assist with marketing and managing the complex.  Without any advertising, Pawlik says they may have already leased their first unit.  Floorplans, pricing and a project website will be available in roughtly two weeks.
