Ryan Miller Prank Call on Saturday, February 27th, 2010

MSNBC ran a prank phone call interview with someone who claimed to be Ryan Miler guaranteeing a gold medal victory on Sunday against Canada. LAter interrupting Chris Matthews to play a real interview with the Sabres goaltender.

Unlike the normal news prankster Captain Janks, who recently pranked ESPN’s Scott Van Pelt when he claimed to be Philadelphia Eagles RB Brian Westrbook, no sign of Howard Stern or his prostrate were in this call.

It could of been just about anyone, but if the prank call happened to originate from a 716 phone number, I have a very very short list of who might have been behind it.  (No… it wasn’t us)
