Three-month-old girl’s parents charged on drug counts on Monday, February 8th, 2010

LOCKPORT -- The parents of a three-month old girl were charged with drug possession and endangering the welfare of a child after a traffic stop early Sunday turned up crack cocaine in the mother's vehicle and heroin in her home, city police said.
