Video store told to stop selling adult material on

The Town of Tonawanda has ordered the family video on Colvin Blvd to stop selling and renting adult videos. The town says family video is breaking a local law, but lawyers for family video say the town’s statute is unconstitutional. YNN’s Katie Bogey tells us about the battle and if the store will be able to continue their business as usual.
